Our collaboration with Makanyi began in January 2025, inspired by their extraordinary hospitality and world-class guiding team. From the moment we arrived on their expansive 8,000-hectare slice of wilderness in the southernmost tip of the Timbavati nature Reserve, we knew this was more than a lodge—it was a revelation.
